Bit-Studio Bratislava - Company profile


The bit Studio team has been operating in Slovakia since 1990. From the very beginning, it has been considered to be one of the important authorized IBM dealers. We have been assigned the official statutes of „IBM Authorized Dealer“ and „IBM Solution provider“ by the national IBM representatives for the area of personal computers including servers, network systems (LAN, WAN), retail and restaurant cash register systems. These are to guarantee a high-quality customers support not only performed by our company, but also by international resources of IBM.
In 2000, we started our official partnership with another giant worldwide IT provider, Compaq, now HP.

The aim of our partnership was to widen our existing hardware offer portfolio in order to meet increasing requirements of our customers. The success of the bit Studio – COMPAQ (now HP) projects have already proved, that this was a step forward.
Simultaneously, our company provides distribution and service of CANON and HEWLETT PACKARD office devices.   
NAVISION and SAP departments are targeted to provide a complex supply of  Microsoft Dynamics and SAP information systems. We offer a wide portfolio of professional services including system integration and implementation within an organization. These operations set up a ground for further long-term partnership in the area of development and maintenance of the organizations´ information systems.

Obviously, all of the foregoing activities are closely linked to sale, or data transmission solutions -  CISCO, security -  SYMANTEC, as well as customers´ local network management.

One of our company´s distinctive features is capability of providing a wide range of information systems services. This can be demonstrated by thousands of PCs distributed on the Slovak market, more than a hundred of network solutions at various degrees of extent and complexity, maintenance system, as well as other supplementary services such as training and consulting.
Our high-quality services can be best exemplified by a long-term partnership with our clients, primarily financial institutions, industrial companies, retail chains, and other companies accross Slovakia, as well as state administration offices. Our activities are also aimed to support other areas; e.g. Dukla Trencin ice hockey team, Slovak national ice hockey team, and Slovan Bratislava football team. Our cooperation with the TJ Slavia Pravnik Tennis Academy in Bratislava started in 2000. Our company regularly donates money for humanitarian purposes (Physiatrics and rehabilitation center, League against cancer, Slovak institute of vascular diseases, National oncological institute, etc.)
